Concealer is usually the go to product for this problem. Especially when you are always busy to prepare for our DIY remedies. When choosing a concealer look for one that diffuses light. This will give you a brighter, fresher look.

Invest on eye creams containing vitamin K and religiously apply the product. This will help rehydrates the eye area. You can also mix eye cream and concealer during the day to keep the area moisturized at all times.
