I woke up this morning disappointed because I have dark under eye circles. Even if I slept for 8 hours last night, I still look tired, old and unhealthy. I have also seen a number of friends who have the same problem as mine. They also complain about having dark circles and always asking how to avoid it and what product to buy that is effective in eliminating the dark circles.

Cliché as it may sound you should never skip the famous cucumber slices. There must be a good reason why this remedy has been around for so long now. Apply thin slices of cucumber to the eyes for 5 to 10 minutes. It will not only lighten your under-eye circles, but also soothes and cools the eyes.
Used tea bags, green tea bags are my favorite. We all know that tea bags have caffeine known to reduce swelling and diminish puffiness. It also rich in antioxidant that is beneficial to the skin. Place the cooled tea bags over your eyes for 10 to 15 minutes. You will notice an instant improvement in your eyes after using. Do not forget to squeeze out the tea bag to avoid the tea to get in to your eyes.

Concealer is usually the go to product for this problem. Especially when you are always busy to prepare for our DIY remedies. When choosing a concealer look for one that diffuses light. This will give you a brighter, fresher look.
Invest on eye creams containing vitamin K and religiously apply the product. This will help rehydrates the eye area. You can also mix eye cream and concealer during the day to keep the area moisturized at all times.
For a quick fix, apply eyeliner on the lower lid of the eyes. Pick the one with light color. I use peach and sometimes baby pink because it makes my eye instantly brighter and the color gives me a more natural look.
Make a paste out of 1 tsp. tomato juice, 1/2 tsp.. lemon juice, a pinch of turmeric powder, and 1 tsp. of flour. Apply around eyes. Leave on for 10 minutes before rinsing.
