Her name sounds louder after releasing her third single FIREWORK from the album Teenage Dream. I am not really a fan of this girl until listening to firework. I love it, the lyrics are inspirational which is very unlikely for her to make. and you should watch the video it's great! I have been listening to it for 2 days now and clicking the replay button for the nth time.
I also found out that this pop singer-songwriter was a Christian singer known as Katy Hudson before. Good thing she changed her name into Katy Perry, perhaps to avoid confusion with the famous actress Kate Hudson.
